It's hard to believe that my sweet girl is 10 today.
Together we have been through many memorable moments.
Most of those being my adult "firsts!"
This dog has changed my life in numerous ways over the years and continues to amaze me with her gentle heart each day!
Here's to more birthdays, my sweet girl!

I took this photo of Kasey tonight. He loves to lay on the back of the couch and I loved how he was staring at me to grab my attention... I then noticed how my self promotion wall shelves were centered between those ears!
Did you know that the name Kasey means "Alert!"
He doesn't miss a sound with those things!

It's nearing the end of June.
The first 6 months of 2012 have been a roller coaster of emotions both extremely happy and tragically sad.
A few days away from finishing the most incredible deadline of my life.
Something happens everyday that proves to me that stressful situations always carry a bright side.
I hope each one of you are tackling life with vigor and that you allow your imagination to help you find the positives.
Make the next 6 months memorable! :)

My mother, sister and I along with the rest of my family pulled together with strength and laughter and many tears to celebrate his life, remember the many memories and to say our final goodbyes...
I learned something that left me in AWE...
My dad, Marc, left his mark on so many people... The funeral home hosted hundreds of people coming to give their thoughts and prayers and to offer support to all of us.
There are good times and bad times in life. I believe now, more than I did before, that what matters most is that we use our strengths, our talents to enrich the lives of others and in the end, when we depart, that contribution to the world will be recognized by more than we could have ever imagined!
